Nimans Extends The Mobile Message

Get mobile is the message from distributor Nimans as a new training programme takes shape for 2012 – providing resellers with a step-by-step route to maximise revenue from wholesale mobile minutes.

2011 saw Nimans join forces with Telefonica UK (O2), as part of a business alliance, based on simple, easy-to-sell tariffs. To further accelerate uptake the distributor is putting the finishing touches to a new learning initiative which will help more dealers embrace the mobile market, perhaps for the first time.

Workshops are being planned in the north and south of England focusing on two distinctive commercial models, helping resellers identify opportunities and maximise mobile margins.

Nimans’ 5,000-strong reseller base can take complete ownership and control over their whole comms operations, building greater value into their own businesses, according to Nimans’ Group Sales and Business Development Director, Richard Carter.

“We want to provide resellers with straightforward face-to-face support to show them how they can join the party and gain a slice of a dynamic and competitive industry,” he explained. “New resellers in particular need to assess the most appropriate commercial tariffs for them. We want to help cut through any confusion and steer them in the right direction.”

Nimans’ resellers benefit from up-front bonuses plus strong on-going margins and gain access to the latest handsets such as from BlackBerry. They can start selling from day one with no requirement to create their own tariffs – and also bill all their network services on the same invoice.

Carter added: “We look forward to helping more dealers move into the mobile arena by engaging with new customers and increasing their revenue. This is a quick win approach which is easy to sell and represents a potentially powerful new revenue stream. We’re very committed to spreading the word throughout 2012 by providing resellers with the insight, knowledge and confidence to succeed in a constantly evolving arena – with the support of two trusted names, Telefonica UK (O2) and Nimans fully behind them.”
