A fast-growing Northern Ireland dealer has struck gold by becoming the first in Ireland to earn the highest accreditation status to sell Re-Tell call recording, fax servers and music on hold products - with a little help from distributor Nimans.
Lisburn-based Quadrant has earned gold status as part of a 10-month accreditation process, securing a special plaque in recognition of their achievements.
Quadrant’s Joint MD Chris Kinghan said the accolade demonstrates the high standards of service the company provides. He also paid tribute to the ‘instrumental role’ played by distributor Nimans in his company’s continued success.
He said: “Nimans introduced us to this product range and have played a key part in helping us become the first in Ireland to secure this status. Their support and advice has proved invaluable, not just in terms of Re-Tell but also the day-to-day running of our business which continues to go from strength-to-strength.”
