Nimans Helps Resellers Brush Up

Nimans’ resellers have been brushing up on their technical training skills to boost their knowledge about Panasonic’s new NS700 comms system.

Three one-day courses attracted a capacity attendance at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters, as attendees learned how to harness the system’s many powerful features.

The NS700 ‘smart hybrid’ solution is ideally suited to small and medium sized offices and call centre environments. Its built-in applications support the basic needs of supervisors, such as Queue Announcement, Live Status Monitor, Activity Report, Automatic Conversation Recording, and NAS (Network Attached Storage).

Designed for existing Panasonic engineers, the new courses focused on basic installation, configuration and features – covering areas such as IP DECT, Call Centre applications and Call Recording.

They won widespread acclaim with a Birmingham-based reseller commenting afterwards: “I’ve found today really good and beneficial especially on the DECT side of things. I like the NS700 a lot; it blows everything else out of the water at this level. We’ve already started to install the system and a course like this give us the confidence, knowledge and insight to move even further forward. The NS700 is a great addition to our kit bag.”

Nimans is also running a four-day introductory course for resellers keen to embrace Panasonic for the first time, according to John McKindland, Nimans’ Head of System Sales.

“The first three courses were full to capacity and demonstrate resellers’ thirst for knowledge as the NS700 starts to become a very powerful addition to their portfolios,” he confirmed. “We are here to support them every step of the way.”
