Nimans’ reseller Training Academy has hit the road to share valuable knowledge and accelerate dealer sales success up and down the country.
Resellers in The Midlands and North West were the first to sample the company’s Introduction To Telephony course – at their own premises – which is part of Nimans’ staff foundation training.
Attendees learned about mobile networking, IT services, convergence, UC and VoIP as well as general telephony as part of the day-long exercise, hosted by Nimans’ Learning & Development Officer, Matthew Broadbent.
“This was the first time we had rolled out our internal staff training course to the wider reseller community off-site and both courses were an overwhelming success,” said Matt. “We had a plethora of positive feedback with 95% ranking the course as excellent with the remainder describing it as good way to boost their industry knowledge and help them clinch more sales.”
“Many said they would recommend it to other resellers and interest is growing all the time. We are looking to expand into other areas such as sales and management training.”
