Following a record breaking first half of the year, Nine Telecom were invited to spend the day with the AT&T Williams Formula 1 team driver - Nico Hülkenberg, as a guests of Randstad. The day consisted of racing against Nico in an F1 simulator, getting to sit in the car both Nico and Rubens Barricelo drive and having lunch with Nico in person.
Matthew Lambert, MD Nine Telecom commented “It was a fabulous experience especially as Nico is one of the rising stars of F1 following a career in karting similar to Lewis Hamilton. It was great to spend the day with him and his team and I have enjoyed watching him make his way up the grid in the 2010 season.” Lambert added, “having recorded a winning first half year result with Nine Telecom and seen the excellent team work involved with our client relationships, I am delighted with our progress so far but there is still a lot left in the tank for what looks like an even more exciting rest of the year.”
