Phill McGowan, managing director at NMS says his company now has his product range available on even more PBX systems having recently added his Adaptive range to Aastra and Samsung.
“This means that for many resellers with a portfolio of PBX systems that Adaptive products can be their CTI applications of choice rather than find individual applications that goes for each of the systems they sell.”
The range comprises Adaptive CTI, Desktop SMS, Progressive and Predictive Diallers, Media Blending and Web Assist. Other PBX systems that NMS has tested with include, Alcatel, Avaya IP Office, LG systems, Inter-Tel Axxess and 5000 Series, Siemens HiPath and Panasonic.
NMS is also expanding,” says McGowan, “We have taken on new staff including an account manager as we remain 100% channel centric. I believe we have the only progressive and predictive diallers available to the channel.”
