Oak has once again achieved full marks in their ISO National Quality Assurance Audit
David Rands at Oak told staff, 'As you know we have just completed another 2 day intensive session with the National Quality Assurance Auditor. The result is a 100% pass and our recertification to ISO 9001:2008 has been confirmed.
A special thanks to the following staff who were audited, Sonia, Craig, Samantha, Mark GB, Ian and Mark Symonds for robust performances and to everyone else for their continued support of the Quality System.
A special thanks as usual to Melanie Welstead for her auditing and keeping the records in such good order.
The Auditor finished his audit with this statement ‘Excellent system of Internal Audits and Management Review. High level of consistency of implementation of processes were evident throughout the Company’.”
