Opus Team Look to Increase Marketshare

MSPs
Business communications and security specialist, Opus Team, have recently completed a round of acquisitions that enable the company to increase their marketshare and provide new clients with their strong customer care ethos and competitive services in the telecommunications sector.

Phipps Communications Ltd and BTNS Ltd's customers were acquired earlier this year, with one of the acquisitions completing within just three weeks from initial conversations. This month, the integration of new customers for Opus Team was successfully completed.

Opus Team has an aggressive growth strategy which aims to see revenue double in the next two years. In order to upscale the business, Managing Director, Mark Castle, will increase marketshare incrementally.

'We looked at various options as to how we could manage growth without affecting our high quality service to our customers. Our strategy will be to increase our business by carefully selecting small companies or sole traders which have a similar offering to our products and services, but are at a size whereby the owners responsibilities become too great to manage or have been affected by competitive pressures.

The customers we bring to Opus Team benefit too; we have a great team of in-house communication specialists, providing a high calibre of service within a very fast changing industry that we continue to keep apace with. They also get the benefit of a wider range of complimentary services such as internet connectivity, mobile, IT and cyber security solutions.'

Andy Phipps, owner of Phipps Communications also agrees:

'Mark and his team enabled me to pass my business comfortably over to Opus Team, knowing that my customers would be looked after with the highest regard and care during the transition. For me personally as a business owner for over five years, Opus Team followed through with the terms we originally agreed and delivered everything they said they would.'

The company will continue to look for acquisitions whereby customers have an improved service and competitive pricing to what they already receive. Opus Team currently employs over 25 staff and as a result of planned growth, will seek to employ even more product specialists and installers.
