Nine Telecom has a call recording solution specifically designed for businesses. 9 Record is a network based platform, where outbound calls can be recorded without any onsite hardware. This makes it a very cost effective solution for the average business.

Outbound Call Recording is a two stage call service, you dial an 0800 number from your office or mobile or other location. You reach our Call Recording platform and enter your unique pin, supplied by Nine with the service. You then dial the number you want to speak with and the call will then connect and be recorded.

Recorded calls can be accessed via a secure website with a search tool or emailed to a pre-determined email address as an MP3 file.

This can be particularly useful for businesses where customer conversations can lead to orders/instruction for service, or where compliance may be necessary, such as in the financial advisory sector.
