Plantronics win best supplier award

Plantronics has won best supplier to the contact centre industry at the Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Awards 2011 hosted by the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) Ireland. This is the second time Plantronics have won this award. The award ceremony was held in Dublin on 19th November, and was attended by many of Ireland’s largest contact centres including Bank of America, Conduit, Dell, PayPal, gEM, Xerox, Bank of Ireland, Sage Ireland and Vodafone.
