Polycom, the provider of telepresence, video and voice communication solutions and Videocall, a telepresence and video collaboration managed service provider, have announced a partnership to enhance the service provided to customers and enable growth of telepresence and unified communication solutions within enterprises.
Unified Communications is no longer a luxury; it is fast becoming a business critical standard. As part of its ongoing UC strategy, Videocall continues to develop a set of tools to enable organisations to integrate their telepresence and videoconferencing deployment with their core corporate applications, therefore increasing ROI while also enabling a better collaboration environment.
