Powerdial partners with Sinclair Voicenet

Powerdial Services has announced a partnership with Sinclair Voicenet. This partnership will provide Powerdial Services with full access to the complete range of NICE interaction recording solutions and contact centre applications.

According to Paul Farn, Managing Director of Powerdial Services: “Partnering with Sinclair Voicenet gives us the best of both worlds with a market leading technology and support package. We not only gain access to solutions from the global leader in interaction recording solutions, but we also receive the highest level of pre- and post-sales support from Sinclair Voicenet. This unique proposition will enable us to offer an even broader range of complementary solutions to our customers and help them to comply with regulations, mitigate against risk and deliver a superior customer experience.”

Sinclair Voicenet is the UK’s only NICE Platinum Partner to achieve the Master Distributor accreditation and provides channel partners with a full range of ‘best of breed’ solutions including multimedia interaction recording, quality management, interaction analytics and workforce management solutions. It also provides PCI and mobile phone recording solutions that enable organisations to comply with regulatory requirements.

From the start of this relationship, it has been a very positive experience from an engineering as well as a sales perspective,” continued Paul Farn. “With extensive experience of working with customer facing organisations in a wide range of market sectors, Sinclair Voicenet’s holistic approach to working with channel partners complements our own business approach perfectly.”

Sinclair Voicenet is also delivering high levels of ongoing technical support to Powerdial Services. All calls for assistance that cannot be answered by Powerdial Services are escalated to Sinclair Voicenet’s helpdesk to resolve over the phone or provide onsite engineering support to meet agreed SLAs. The company also provides Powerdial Services with regular technology and application briefings.

Peter Gough, a Director at Sinclair Voicenet added: “We are committed to working closely in partnership with leading convergence specialists such as Powerdial Services to extend the reach of interaction recording and associated contact centre applications throughout both the enterprise and SME market sectors.”
