ramsac Sponsors Guildford Heat Basketball Team For 2010/11 Season

Leading IT solutions consultancy ramsac today announces that it will continue its sponsorship of the Guildford Heat Basketball Club for the 2010/11 season, which commences on 25th September 2010. This is the second successive year that ramsac has proudly sponsored Guildford’s professional basketball team, who play at the highest level in the British Basketball League (BBL) Championship.

Godalming-based ramsac is the preferred IT consultancy for many local businesses and is very much committed to supporting individuals, teams and organisations who are helping to put the area on the map. Last month ramsac announced its support of canoeist Mallory Franklin, who recently competed at the Junior European Championships in Germany. The company has also been a long time supporter of the children’s charity, CHASE and is an active member of the Surrey Chamber of Commerce.

Paul Mew, Technical Director at ramsac, comments: “We are delighted to once again be Guildford Heat’s IT partner and sponsor for the forthcoming season. Last year gave us a great opportunity to entertain our clients at home games. We look forward to an exciting and entertaining championship and wish the team every success.”

The first game of the season takes place in Guildford on 25th September, when the Heat play Worthing Thunder in the BBL Trophy at their new home, at the Surrey Sports Park. For ticket information and details of the 2010/11 fixtures visit: www.guildfordheat.com.
