The voice recording market remains reasonably buoyant with over 30% of UK businesses planning to put their Voice Recording solutions up for retender in the next 12 months.
This is according to independent research undertaken by Red Box Recorders which also showed that 12% of organisations have been forced to put the decision on hold due to budget cuts resulting from the continuing difficult trading conditions.
