Founded in 1963, Anthony Gold has grown into a highly regarded, modern and progressive law firm. But its success was having an impact on the bottom line. The cost of running three different phone systems at its London Bridge, Streatham and Walworth offices, together with the expense of making calls between sites resulted in astronomical bills.
To identify how Anthony Gold could reduce costs, OPUS undertook a detailed review of the solicitor’s technical requirements. A single centralised solution was needed to enable Anthony Gold to maintain, programme and configure its communications platform from one site.
Inter-Tel recommended the use of Windows Operated Consoles (WOCs), running on the award-winning Axxess platform and both digital and IP keysets. By adopting the WOCs, calls are answered by just one reception desk for all three branches rather than a receptionist at each site. Calls can now also be made between sites using the IP connection, which makes them effectively free.
