Telecommunications centre, Respondez, has strengthened its sales and marketing team with the appointment of Luke Porter as Business Development Director.
A former Sales and Marketing Director at Performance Telecom, Luke has over 10 years’ experience across the telecommunications and contact centre service industry, working with a number of high profile corporate accounts including Samsung, Thomson Reuters and Royal Caribbean.
Porter will be utilising his expertise in hosted contact management and social media, call centre technologies and unified communications to further develop social media and support services for clients of Respondez, which is based in Hartlepool in the north east of England.
