Spanco Europe, Ltd. Trading as Respondez is now in a position to announce that it is certified to provide outsourced contact centre services covered by the FSA regulations. This follows on from a number of new client wins for the provision of non-regulated services within the financial sector.
Respondez, the Hartlepool based contact centre specialist, can now offer both inbound and outbound services to clients with regulated products.
Respondez is already planning its first regulated sales project, with agent recruitment currently underway. This non advised project will see agents offering consumers insurance related products, through an affinity program.
