Retell Announces Call Recording for BlackBerry

Retell, the Sunbury based call recording manufacturer, says it has a unique solution to the requirement for recording BlackBerry mobile phones which is now an FSA requirement for some finance companies.

In alliance with Voxsmart, Retell can offer software that sets up a network conference call that is recorded on Retell’s Sense Recording System, programmed to answer mode. All mobile networks are covered by this solution.

Everton Stuart, Business Development Manager at Retell takes up the story, ‘Whilst conferencing software is used by other companies what is unique about our system is that our Sense Recorder is the platform that answers and records the call via a DDI. Even some of the call recording giants don’t manufacture such a product. So we can offer the mobile conferencing software and the device to record the conferenced leg all working alongside the customer’s existing call recorder. Not only that but we can offer to turn on landline recording so the customer has resilience for his existing recorder.

Stuart continues, ‘When Sense was initially conceived five years ago we wanted to build a recorder that really changed business performance. So with Sense Call Analyser we were the first to integrate with call management and supply the customer with call analysis, statistics and recording all in one screen. But in the planning to make a unique call recorder our MD, Richard Herman, had the vision to add even more unique features to Sense.”

Retell states that for mobile recording the advantage of their solution is that calls are encrypted (for FSA) there is no need to change SIM card, no change of number and the solution is also available on a hosted basis.
