Rocom & Interquartz Attack Hotel Sector

Voice and data telecoms distributor Rocom is working with handset manufacturer Interquartz to help dealers who operate in the hotel sector with a free inlay-card printing offer on all Voyager Guest Room handsets, running until 31st January 2009.

This offer is combined with an average one week lead time for all Interquartz customised phones (covering both face printing and pre-programming), achieved by keeping all printing and programming within the UK, as opposed to the lengthy overseas shipments incurred when dealing with international suppliers.

Interquartz Voyager handsets have been designed specifically for hotels, offering a range of tailored benefits. The standard Voyager 9281 model offers triple standard message waiting lamp, modem port, 10 non-volatile button memories, ringer indicator light and full hearing aid compatibility. They carry a substantial 6 year warranty and are in use in some of the world’s best hotels.

Chris Spittal, Interquartz Brand Manager at Rocom commented, “Dealers often complain about the lead times faced when ordering pre-programmed and branded phones. This is particularly relevant for dealers who specialise in hotels where pre-programming is often a necessity to make the sale. We’re excited to be working with Interquartz to help dealers overcome these barriers and offer a better service to their hotel clients.”

Roy Stephenson, Account Manager at Interquartz explained, “We saw a real need for a faster and more flexible branding and programming service on handsets for hotels. We have been developing our systems for several years and now offer an average turnaround of under a week for orders of up to 50 handsets with full programming and logo inlay-card printing.”
