Ryder Systems Launches Analysis 5

Ryder Systems, a CTI Group company and provider of telecoms management solutions to fixed, mobile and converged operators, today announced the launch of Analysis 5, the latest release of its market-leading bill analysis tool

Ryder say that with unique features and radically enhanced functionality, the Analysis tool – renowned for being innovative and intuitive – has been upgraded to reflect the evolving requirements of the communications market. The enhancements further enable telecom operators to gain competitive advantage through new business generation and reduced customer churn by fulfilling the needs of both corporate and enterprise customers.

Analysis 5 introduces five key enhancements that provide a greater depth of bill transparency, enhanced design and usability, invoice analysis, trend analysis, multiple company structure analysis and API integration.

Analysis 5 offers enhanced design and usability through an intuitive dashboard-based navigation system for each analysis category: Invoice, Usage and Trends. Improved data presentation provides corporate customers with an instant summary overview of individual, departmental or company spend, which can be drilled down into more detailed views. A transparent breakdown of multi-services is presented for users, with the ability to generate reports on spend and usage. Crisper and sharper charts and diagrams make it easier to view crucial information at a glance.

Analysis 5 benefits Telcos and their customers with many invoice runs within a month, or where each bill run contains many individual invoices. The new Invoice Dashboard provides summary reports and user defined alerts. Instant drill down allows end users to quickly analyse their invoice charges, credits and taxes at invoice level.

Through Analysis 5’s trend analysis functionality, telecom operators can easily analyse ongoing trends. Its highly accessible Trends Dashboard displays ‘Observation Trends’ and ‘User Defined Trends’ based on the bills available. Graphical reports enable end users to identify trends over a number of bills whilst the most frequently used trend reports are available as standard.

Analysis 5 can now be configured to fit multiple company structures – telecom operators can push a hierarchy that reflects the bill, whilst simultaneously allowing the customer to create their own structures to analyse information on a historical, project-team or departmental basis. The administrator can set up project-based hierarchies, reviewing groups or individuals separately for the length of the assignment. Each unique project can therefore be analysed separately without needing to create a whole new billing structure.

Ryder’s new API Integration functionality opens up key features within the core product to allow greater flexibility of offering for telecom operators and system integrators. It allows operators to seamlessly integrate key Analysis 5 functionality (charts, graphs, tables, etc) into their existing portal, thus retaining their own navigation and removing the need for additional pop up windows. Telecom operators can also customise features to allow end users to personalise their home page. The solution’s powerful back-office integration enables Ryder administration functionality to be easily incorporated within existing customer service applications. This increases customer service efficiency, for example, CSR changing company structure information on behalf of the customer.

Andy Wilson, Sales and Marketing Director, Ryder Systems, explained, “Analysis 5 is a complete, specialised solution, and if telecom operators want to gain a comprehensive market advantage by offering corporate and enterprise customers with a superior billing experience, then this package is the only one they should look at. Our eBilling solutions already have a proven track record in helping telcos to win and retain key customers and with the revolutionary benefits of Analysis 5, we can only see the trend continuing.”
