Mark Armstrong, Managing Director of MIND CTI, says that channel sales of their PhonEX ONE call management applications have soared in recent months with many of their new channel partners recording successes across several vertical markets.
“Armstrong commented, “We attribute this success to a number of factors including our structured, proactive partnership development program. Here for example we have trained resellers pre-sales staff and incentivised them to reward their part in the sales cycle.
Additionally our recent integration of PhonEX ONE with Red Box call recording solutions has struck a chord with channel partners looking for a tightly integrated call recording and management package for their customers.”
According to Armstrong these successes have caused further expansion plans at MIND CTI who are now looking to extend their account manager recruitment program to handle the increased business opportunities.
