Servassure has achieved Accredited Service Partner status with the Network Division of Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd as of January 1st 2010.
The announcement spells great news for Servassure which has gone from strength to strength following its take-over by Daisy Group Plc.
Samsung announced several months ago that it was looking for new partners to help get new businesses onboard.
With a complete portfolio of professional services and an army of Samsung accredited engineers to boot, Servassure knew it was well placed to take on this role and Samsung agreed.
Peter Orr, Servassure’s sales director, said: “By establishing an accredited service partner program Samsung are alleviating partners of the need to invest in extra resources as they can rely us to carry out work on their behalf under a white label banner.
“This quick go-to-market strategy will in turn increase a partner’s ability and reach by providing them with the necessary support systems right from the outset and therefore making it easier for them to take up Samsung products.
“Servassure has enjoyed a significant growth in the number of accredited engineers in this area, and, as such, had a comprehensive service delivery capability and a dedicated installation team to be made available to Samsung partners.”
“Every engineer has completed extensive training to become a certified Samsung engineer and understands the unique needs of a variety of businesses UK wide.”
Now an accredited partner, Servassure will become the first port of call for any new Samsung partners when looking at support for any professional services, such as installations and maintenance.
Servassure are only the second company to have been granted Service Partner accreditation, which is a great kudos for the company.
