ScanSource Europe Releases Catalogue for 2011

The ScanSource Europe Catalogue 2011 is now available, showcasing products from 19 of the distributor’s best-of-breed vendor partners. The catalogue gives an overview of the latest, best-selling and most strategic products from the more than 380,000 items in the value-added distributor’s warehouse.

The 2011 catalogue sees 2010’s successful format maintained, meaning the focus remains on manufacturers’ latest and most popular products with the inclusion of a large number of product comparison matrix charts to distinguish between an individual vendor’s offering and help guide resellers towards the right product.

For ease-of-navigation, ScanSource has again divided products into colour-coded sections, helping resellers to quickly find what they are looking for: Services, Terminals & Software, Industrial Scanners, POS Scanners, Printers & Software, POS Printers, Wireless & RFID, POS Touchsystems and POS Peripherals.

There are also some additions for 2011. A healthcare section, giving an overview of products and solutions available for this vertical, makes things easy both for resellers already selling into healthcare and those that are new to this rapidly growing and important market. Also included this year are the key products from Mobilis, a manufacturer of protective casings that recently partnered with ScanSource Europe.
“In 2010 we decided to go green, printing fewer copies of a lighter catalogue focusing on key, new and popular products,” said Bert Fonderie, Vice-President Merchandising, ScanSource Europe. “Resellers welcomed this easier-to-use catalogue, so we continued this concept for 2011.

The printed catalogue features just some of the huge number of products we distribute; it points resellers in the right direction.
