At their UK reseller conference last Friday Siemens announced that the four UK qualifiers for the first Siemens Global Partner Incentive trip for performance in 2006/07 are Anglia Telecom, Azzurri Communications, DataSharp Telecom and Nimans. The four channel partners will join other regional qualifiers in Sun City, South Africa, the location of the Global Partner event.
“We view our channel partners as an extension of our own sales force and we want to recognise and reward top performers” said Leon Mangan, sales director indirect channel, Siemens Enterprise Communications. “The huge contribution our channel partners have made throughout the year, not only reflects the enormous amount of hard work they have put in, but is also an indication of the strength of Siemens Enterprise Communications’ overall proposition.”
In a separate announcement today (see this web site) Siemens has moved to introduce a global channel strategy.
