Softlab has recently recruited Elisabeth Olafsdottir into its Customer Management practice. Elisabeth is focused on Contact Centres specifically assisting organisations in understanding their inefficiencies, how they can be tackled and to recommend training, change or solutions that will improve the performance of their customer contact handling.
