Each year Cash for Kids launches their seasonal Mission Christmas appeal, ensuring that children in poverty across the UK don’t go without a visit from Santa Claus on Christmas Day.
Along with Square 1 Products, the campaign is supported by high profile personalities such as actress Dame Helen Mirren, novelist Ian Rankin, singer/songwriter Cliff Richard and TV favourite Lorraine Kelly; who work to support children aged 0-18 who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect.
This year saw Square 1 Products’ Cheshire Head Office become a central collection point for local residents and businesses to drop off their gifts, while our very own (under cover) Father Christmas, Sales Director Gary Conner, organised the Square 1 Products’ gift donation.
Last year the appeal raised in excess of £11 Million, with nearly £1 Million raised in our local area, a target we are supporting to exceed in 2013.
