“In our business you’d expect communication to be a priority and we now have the perfect working environment, both to promote internal teamwork and demonstrate the latest technologies to our clients,” explains ICS managing director, John Gillborn. “There’s always been a buzz about ICS and we’re determined to keep that as we grow the business.”
The expansion to bigger premises follows the successful opening of a regional branch in Southampton and serves to accommodate the additional personnel joining the team.
Gillborn continues: “This year has been incredible for us; not only have we expanded into new territories, but the team has grown to such an extent that we’ve had to move to larger offices - all because of the unprecedented demand we’ve seen over the past 12 months.”
ICS began trading in 1989 from a cupboard under the stairs of managing partners, John and Julie Gillborn. The company, which has more than doubled in size over the past two years, now employs more than 30 administrators, sales personnel and engineers and has won a number of high-profile industry awards including the prestigious Panasonic Kizuna Award for achieving status as one of Panasonic’s Top Ten Business Resellers and Fastest Growing Reseller.
