Call centre software vendor synTelate has completed interoperability testing of its synTelate application with key IP telephony solutions from Avaya.
The application helps businesses ensure that agents are provided with the right information at the right time in a call to support the customer service or sales activity. The vendor says synTelate can increase revenues by supporting agents during inbound and outbound calls and has been compliance tested by Avaya for compatibility with: IP Office 3.0 and IP Office 3.1.
