Technical Training Has Global Appeal For Nimans

Nimans’ technical training expertise is attracting worldwide interest with one recent programme involving a reseller from Senegal in West Africa. IT & Telecoms Manager, Amadou Ba, attended a three-day course at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters, focusing on installation and maintenance for Panasonic’s KX-TDE system.

He explained:” I have been involved in the telecoms industry for the last seven years and set-up my own company about a year ago. We install Panasonic systems into private companies and have targeted a local hospital as a new customer. As there are no training facilities in Senegal I conducted research about the best place to come to learn.”

Mr Ba added: “I found the course very beneficial, providing me with the knowledge and confidence to take the next step with Panasonic products. It was well worth making the 8,000 mile round trip.”

Nimans’ Group Technical Support and Training Manager, John Bird, confirmed: “Mr Ba is not the first overseas delegate, as a visitor from St Helena in the Pacific attended a different course last year. This shows the reputation and ability of our in-house training academy not just in the UK but on a global scale.”
