Teleware Accepted Onto ECA Network

Cloud
Communications technology business TeleWare has announced that it has been accepted into the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance (ECA) network. The Alliance constitutes a collaboration with Microsoft to drive innovation on Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise platform, offering best in class solutions in the industry to enterprise customers.

Enterprise Cloud Alliance membership means that TeleWare will be able to better serve its customers and partners, with early access to new Microsoft software and plans. As a member, TeleWare will also benefit from a closer working relationship with Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise engineers.

TeleWare’s new cloud communications solution TeleWare Communication Manager (TCM) is a perfect example of the innovation in using Azure Services in a hybrid fashion that the ECA seeks to recognize. TCM utilises the Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform with TeleWare’s own private cloud, delivering a true hybrid cloud experience. ‘Event Hubs’ collect call data from the inbound and outbound calls, routing them through the platform and passing them onto ‘Stream Analytics’ for real-time analysis. The call data is then stored in Azure SQL and real-time stats are displayed within the TCM portal.

Steve Haworth, CEO TeleWare said, “We are pleased to join the ECA Community and conversation look forward to realizing benefit for both TeleWare and Microsoft customers, as we develop our cloud and enterprise product offerings and as we look to extend and integrate Microsoft Enterprise and Cloud solutions.”

TeleWare has recently announced that it is celebrating its tenth year of Microsoft Gold Partner status, placing it within the top one percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem for the past decade. This status recognises TeleWare’s position at the forefront of innovation and its commitment to delivering pioneering software and products.
