TeleWare Adds to Sales Team

TeleWare has appointed Josh Campbell as new Sales Manager as part of its ongoing strategy to build and drive a direct touch sales team to help generate opportunities for the growing TeleWare channel partner community. Campbell joins TeleWare from T-Mobile where he was Head of the Global Account Management Team and was previously at Siemens Communications.

“TeleWare is an innovative and respected organisation with a channel that is eager to embrace the new opportunities offered by IP and mobility,” said Campbell. “I look forward to building a team that will help the channel to win new business and develop the skills it needs to capitalise on the market leading technology TeleWare has developed,” he added.

Campbell’s sales team will provide assistance to new and established TeleWare channel partners to help generate tangible opportunities as well as offering consultative assistance to develop and integrate solutions while ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

“We have made a long term commitment to support our channel in the initial lead generation, engagement and project implementation for customers of all sizes across any delivery mechanism,” comments Lesley Hansen, Group Marketing Director for TeleWare plc. “Our channel partners have a wide range of experience levels and specialisations and our sales team, who are all experts in TeleWare applications and solutions, will work closely with them to enhance mutually beneficial relationships.”

The appointment of Campbell follows a number of initiatives for the channel in the last few months including a new online Deal Registration Portal to help ease channel conflicts and ‘recognise and reward’ partners. TeleWare has also appointed several new trainers to provide on-site training sessions to help channel partners broaden their understanding of new mobile and hosted opportunities.
