Reaks has over 20 years experience in technology and management and joins TeleWare following successful senior positions at j2 Global Operations, Call Sciences and Efax. As Chief Operating Officer, Nick brings increased focus and process to the TeleWare Hosted Services (THS) product that is currently delivered from three data centres in Thirsk, Heathrow and Docklands.
