TeleWare Secures Fourth Microsoft Competency

TeleWare, the provider of intelligent hosted and customer premise communication solutions to businesses and service providers, today announced the renewal of their Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status together with a fourth Microsoft Competency.

The new competency is in the area of Business Process and Integration and is a reflection on the increased need for in depth integration between telephony and existing back office systems to maximise the value of voice communications in an increasingly competitive market.

“Many of the projects we work on today have an integration element,” explained Steve Haworth, CEO for TeleWare Group plc. “Enterprise voice is increasingly seen by businesses as a key element in maintaining employee productivity and ensuring high levels of customer service. A major advantage for TeleWare is our agility; being UK based and having a large in-house development team, we are able to respond rapidly to customer integration needs and to work closely with our customer to ensure their telephony applications are maximising efficiency within the business,” added Haworth.

TeleWare’s telephony applications have been based on Microsoft technologies from their inception and TeleWare has always kept up to date with the latest Microsoft developments in order to bring the advantages of Microsoft at the desktop to its enterprise customers.

TeleWare will continue to enhance existing integration with Office Communicator, Office Communications Server and Exchange 2007 and will also support future products such as Microsoft gadgets. This strategy will be key for enterprise customers who are increasingly using Microsoft's enhanced communications tools but also require the telephony services that will deliver value from their voice communications. TeleWare continues to ensure the ability to use the full suite of TeleWare applications - including personal numbering, personal assistant, and its IVR development and business process integration tools - concurrently with new Microsoft offerings.
