Teleware, the provider of intelligent communication solutions to businesses and service providers, has announced that Assembly Networks have completed their accreditation training and are a fully qualified TeleWare Hosted Communications partner.

Teleware says that Assembly Global Networks has a strong voice and data skill set and has built itself a reputation for delivering innovative, reliable, high-quality products and services together with excellent customer care. The company has already brought in new Teleware business from a leading high street name with over 600 stores and is in advanced negotiations with a number of other retailers.

Assembly will deliver the hosted communications full application set to the UK market delivering full telephone system functionality with inbuilt disaster recovery and low cost line rental and call rates. Home/mobile worker services and unified communication options will be available to build on the telephony feature set.

“We selected Teleware as a key player within hosted communications with their own telco-grade multi-tenancy platforms and a comprehensive set of unified communications applications which can be configured to meet specific customer requirements,” said Peter Smith, Director, Assembly Global Networks.

Assembly Global Networks was formed in 2004 and is headquartered in the UK, offering global access to sales, service and support to customers in the UK and worldwide. They are a leading managed services company delivering flexible voice, data and hosting services. Solutions are delivered through one of the largest independent network management and support teams providing converged solutions that are no-longer tied to technology and supplier. At the core of their managed service is their Virtual Network Operator (VNO) capability. As a VNO, freedom and flexibility distinguish Assembly Networks from competitors, offering the flexibility to change and adapt to new requirements and technologies.

Assembly Networks’ key drivers of simplicity of change, single source of supply, functionality and delivery of service, fit comfortably with the Teleware philosophy of resilient and reliable telephony with end-to-end support and supply and it is because of these common philosophies that both companies are very positive regarding the future of their partnership and the value they can deliver to customers.

“We are delighted to have Assembly as one of our Accredited Resellers,” said Steve Haworth, CEO, Teleware Group. “We have been seeing strong demand for our products within retail and, with Assembly’s considerable knowledge and experience within the retail and hospitality sectors, we’re excited about this new partnership,” added Haworth.

Assembly is in the unique position of being able to transform all three disciplines of voice, data and mobile communications at every level, from audit, analysis and solution design to implementation, support, ongoing management and cost saving. They are in an ideal position to respond to the growing interest in Hosted Telephony and already have contacts in many of Teleware customers including major multinationals and household brands.
