TeleWare have announced that a revised version of the TeleWare website has been introduced. This change is driven by the company’s ongoing initiative to become more aware of reseller and end customer requirements and to enhance the service provided.
“Over the last 12 months we have introduced a desk-based channel liaison role to provide additional support to our resellers and make it easier for them work with us. We have also released a new and improved channel information zone and restructured the customer service area, with investments made in new monitoring software and tracking applications,” explained Lesley Hansen, Marketing Director for TeleWare Group. “The updates to the website are a further step towards simplifying our message and making useful and informative material easily accessible to our resellers and customers,” added Hansen.
Working with the new Director of Customer Experience, Stuart Brown, and a newly-appointed marketing strategies partner, TeleWare is planning further research in 2013 and accelerating the programme of continuous improvement.
