Hampshire based reseller Telindus has appointed Karen Bardsley to head-up its Business Support Expertise Centre in the UK. As centre manager, Bardsley will be responsible for managing accounts, contracts, supply chain management, order fulfilment, facilities, ICT/business systems and quality assurance.
The Telindus Business Support Expertise Centre provides multilingual support and maintenance services for customers on a 24/7 basis.
Bardsley has more than twelve years’ experience within the IT and telecoms industry, predominantly in operational management and sales development roles. She joins Telindus from international telecoms provider Interoute where she latterly held the position of Director of Commercial Operations.
Bardsley originally joined Interoute in 2003 to develop and lead a sales strategy targeting the media sector. She subsequently led a turn around of the Customer Service Delivery organisation before heading up Commercial Operations.
