Thinkbroadband.com launches new survey to paint a picture of Broadband Britain

Thinkbroadband.com, an independent broadband news and information site, is calling for UK broadband users and non-users alike to participate in a new nationwide Big Broadband survey.

The survey will give participants the chance to air their views and gripes on broadband, and will reveal how much the UK spends on broadband, why they switch between providers, how quickly faults are remedied, and how often they exceed their data quota. It will also show which UK regions suffer the most from poor broadband service and to what extent UK homes are becoming increasingly reliant on technology and the internet.

Sebastien Lahtinen, co-founder of thinkbroadband.com comments on the survey, “The internet is clearly vital in our daily lives so we want to know what really bugs you about broadband - are you a victim of a slow connection, do you live too far away from your exchange, how much do you rely on it in your everyday life?”

Anyone who completes the survey will automatically be entered into a draw to win a new iPad 32GB Wi-Fi worth £479.
