tIPicall launch next generation SIP network

tIPicall Limited is pleased to announce the launch of its Next Generation SIP Network, vastly increasing capacity to its existing and future reseller client base.

Key to tIPicall’s expansion plans are strategic interconnects with carriers with QoS-enabled networks allowing private SIP for end users through network operators such as Exponential-e, Virtual1, and BT. This allows resellers to provide end to end MPLS and VPLS solutions to their clients carrying both voice and data traffic over one stable connection.

Tipicall’s capacity for SIP channels and concurrent calls has been increased one hundred fold with the implementation of the network and further increases tIPicall’s ability to provide high grade SIP trunking to the channel with the full resilience the multi-data centre environment of the new network brings.

The Next Generation Network will also be used for tIPicall’s expanded hosted PBX offering allowing true convergence for clients with mixed SIP and hosted IP Telephony environments.

Working in partnership with Tata Communications, tIPicall has been providing SIP services to the UK channel for over three years. Neil Linter, CEO of tIPicall said “We’ve had a great two years bringing SIP at a competitive price to the channel and we always recognised the need to expand our capabilities as our client based increased. With the launch of our new Next Generation SIP Network, we can further increase both the volume of trunks we can provide and the added-value service wrap around them. Particularly of interest to resellers will be our multi-interconnect strategy with some of the UK’s leading network providers allowing end-to-end private SIP.”
