Berkshire based enterprise content management company Tower Software has formalised its channel strategy across EMEA with a Business Partner Programme for its TRIM Context electronic document and records management (EDRM) solution. The programme’s ecosystem is comprised of four levels; strategic alliance partners, solutions providers, services partners and industry consultants. Supported by a dedicated business partner manager, each partner organisation is aided through an initial induction phase with training and support in sales, marketing and technical issues. Going live in January, a partner portal will also provide ongoing updates and information such as sales aids, product and market news, technical support, programme detail and partnership status.
