Customers don’t just benefit from next day deliveries via the company’s state-of-the-art logistics operation. If they need stock on the same day, thousands of product lines are available for collection – from data installation components to a complete telephone system or video conferencing solution.
The purpose-built outlet, at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters, is proving a valuable reseller service, according to Operations Director, John Cunningham.
“The Trade Counter is a very convenient way for resellers to pick-up supplies - either for last minute jobs or for dealers that don’t want to be waiting for deliveries to arrive,” he explained. “If they give us 30 minutes notice we can even have their equipment ready for collection on arrival.”
He says the new-look Nimans Trade Counter, which has undergone a recent facelift, is regularly updated with the latest products which are put on display - complemented by experienced staff who can handle any customer queries or specific advice requirements. There’s also the option of taking advantage of discounted lines from a clearance corner for end of line stock. The Trade Counter is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
