Viacloud, a global mobile services company with operations in Europe and the Middle East, has selected Digitalk SBC VoIP Peering, a carrier-grade platform for international call routing, to perform advanced quality-based routing for the launch of its MVNA operations in the UK.
The solution enables Viacloud’s MVNA to offer the highest quality call routing to ensure the best service for their MVNO clients, and a high availability, robust and scalable platform to support their ambitious growth plans. To ensure rapid service rollout, a live test environment was quickly integrated with the existing network of Viacloud’s MVNA. With the support of the Digitalk Professional Services team, the integration team was able to meet its bold service rollout deadlines.
“Time to market was critical; we chose Digitalk because of its track record of flexibility to achieve rapid deployment and the Digitalk Professional Services team were very supportive of our plans,” said Mutaz Otaibi, Viacloud’s CEO.
Digitalk’s advanced user interface, VoIP Peering Manager, allows Viacloud to streamline the management of changing carrier rates, defined QoS policies, and service margin requirements. The fact that the solution then allows automated call routing and monitoring based on multiple call metrics ensures the best available call quality at all times.
Justin Norris, Digitalk CEO, added: “It’s a delight to work with such ambitions and this is the kind of behaviour that shapes markets. We’re thrilled to be enabling the future with our innovations and expertise.”
