Union Street appoints new support personnel

Union Street Technologies has appointed two new personnel to provide support for users of Union Street’s aBILLity billing platform. Joining the Union Street team are Jazlin Cruickshank as the new Bureau Billing Manager, and Kieran Springall as part of the Platinum Support team.

With over 11 years experience in the industry Jazlin was previously the billing manager of Telinet and then oversaw the operation of the aBILLity platform at Niu Solutions. Having used aBILLity throughout this period Jazlin now possesses extensive knowledge and experience in both billing and provisioning. In her new role Jazlin will be responsible for day to day running of the expanding bureau billing service Union Street offers, as well as bolstering the established training team.

Keiran Springall is also no stranger to the aBILLity billing platform as he used to work for Union Street in product support from 2002 to 2006. Since then he has worked in billing and joins Union Street from Niu solutions where he was a key member of the billing team with particular expertise around management reporting. As the latest member of Union Street’s Platinum/Diamond support team Keiran will provide a dedicated technical resource to some of the company’s key customers.
