“Hearing about the latest and greatest technology opportunities to hit the market is second-best to actually coming face-to-face with a potential vendor partner, asking questions and seeing whether to take the relationship further,” said Barrie Desmond, Marketing and Business Development Director at VADition. “Our format has proved popular and successful for 1,000 speed dates so far, but this will be the first time we take it outside of London and the South East.”
The events are being staged to support reseller partners that are keen to fill a gap in the market, or within their own portfolio, and will provide insight into new sales/margin opportunities that they could otherwise be missing out on.
The events will take place in Edinburgh (15th Feb), Dublin (16th Feb), Leeds (1st March) and Manchester (2nd March) and feature vendors including: Aerohive Networks, Airtight Networks, F5 Networks, Fortinet, Infoblox, Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint and Q1 Labs.
