VADition to Distribute Infoblox Core Network Services Platforms

Distributor VADition has announced a distribution agreement with Infoblox, presenting resellers the opportunity to offer a tightly integrated, highly resilient platform to distribute, integrate and manage core network services, like DNS, DHCP and RADIUS – essential for operating and managing the growing number and complexity of IP applications, such as IP Telephony, on enterprise networks.

A recent Enterprise Strategy Group report states that 59% of companies currently have or are planning to implement IP Telephony and resellers need to take advantage of this surge, argues Neil Ledger, co-founder and Director of VADition. “ Core network services have almost become the Achilles’ heel of today’s enterprise networks, creating complex management and administration challenges for already overstretched IT departments. With this agreement, we can offer resellers the opportunity to present their customers with reliable appliance-based platforms for simplifying the enterprise-wide delivery and management of essential core network services.”

Infoblox specialises in developing appliances that are designed to provide the foundation for next-generation core network services in a secure and easy-to-manage form factor. The hardened appliance design and intuitive GUI enable the offloading of DNS/DCHP and RADIUS services from general-purpose servers that typically handle multiple functions and require significant administration overhead. The Infoblox platform is highly reliable and robust, allowing enterprises to embrace the explosion in IP-based applications and services with assurance that essential core network services will operate non-stop.

“Teaming with VADition, one of the industry’s premier solution providers, is important to further extend distribution of Infoblox solutions,” commented Karl Dreisen, EMEA vice president of sales at Infoblox. “ VADition’s coverage area, expertise and commitment to customer service will allow Infoblox to broaden its reach to many more resellers and potential Infoblox customers.”
