The VR7, like the TS3 from Seals is tested and certified to MIL-STD 810G standards, not only this but it is IP67 rated, with a 2 meter drop to concrete specification. The ultra-rugged GSM phone runs from Java operating system and is equipped with a 2 megapixel waterproof camera. Mike Pullon, Varlink CEO explains “the Seals devices, not only provide us with another IP68 ultra-rugged option for our resellers but also take us a step closer into the Smartphone market, differentiating our products from our competitors. Furthermore the Seals devices are positioned at a competitive price and we look forward to offering our resellers an alternative option which doesn’t compete with our current products and manufacturers.”
