Venus Completes Transition to M24Seven

Venus Business Communications completed its transition to M24Seven following its acquisition in March this year. The transition now means more profitability for resellers and more productivity for M24Seven customers.

Headed up by newly appointed Channel Director, Will Brooks, M24Seven has a partnership programme with three categories; reseller, referral and wholesale partners. This programme promises to enable channel partners to differentiate their offering, improve customer solutions, build margins and improve their order-to-revenue time.

Will comments: “Our partners will now benefit from greater innovation, better value, new ideas and a fresh approach to business. As we continue to lead the industry and redefine connectivity, we want to take the best aspects of all the partner programmes across the businesses which have come together to form the M24Seven you see today, to create a reseller offering which is representative of the modern world in which we operate. The pace of technology innovation today means resellers need to rely on their vendors to help them provide the best possible services and solutions and for their customers – we are committed to doing just that.”

M24Seven’s (formally Venus Business Communication) partners are also excited for the transition. Daniel Hughes, Connecting London, comments: “We’ve always enjoyed a fantastic relationship with Venus, but the access to a wider product proposition including a proprietary wireless network and access to local loop unbundled fibre will enable us to offer so much more to our customers.”

Neil Rampe, Managing Director at M24Seven said: “This is brilliant for our channel partners and their customers. The successful acquisition of Venus and integration into M24Seven means better productivity and efficiency through a greater range of services and capabilities. Now our channel partners and customers can focus on their growth, their business and their objectives whilst we deliver connectivity without compromise.”

Following the transition and expansion M24Seven now employs 230 people across six sites including Manchester, Newcastle, London and Bucharest.

Brian Iddon, ex-Venus Business Communications Director, concurs: “This transition is great news for all stakeholders in Venus - employees, customers and resellers. Our reseller network will transfer seamlessly into the M24Seven partnership programme where they will experience increased levels of support.”
