Retell will add to its ‘on hold’ range with the launch of the Voice Gear 525. The company says that apart from the competitive price the main benefit for owners and resellers is that the 525 will be backed with a Five Year Warranty and will feature 25 minutes of music with up to nine Royalty Free Music tracks. On each music track there will also be up to two welcome announcements.
A spokesman for Retell said, “Research has shown us that CD technology in music on hold players is both unreliable and old fashioned and that some solid-state products also have reliability issues. Now, for a trade price of only £100, resellers can offer their customers a large choice of Royalty free music with announcements all pre recorded, and backed with an outstanding warranty.”
