The new product, known as 'InformerSoft Primary', is based upon Voice Connects' existing Informer for Schools product range, which over the past seven years has been implemented within secondary schools across the UK.
InformerSoft Primary opens up a whole new marketplace, as it has been designed to work specifically within a primary school environment. It is also a 'software based' product, which has enabled Voice Connect to drive down the costs of the solution.
InformerSoft Primary helps schools to contact groups of parents through e-mail, voice and text messages. "The channel have opportunities to sell all of our existing products, but we also wanted to give them an exclusive solution for a new marketplace. We have already launched InformerSoft Primary to over 11,000 primary schools and responses from our efforts will be passed directly to our channel partners." says Steve Wrightam, Channel Sales Manager.
