VoiceFlex has announced full SIP trunking interconnection with the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office, a system aimed at satisfying the needs of small to medium sized organisations who do not have dedicated IT skills.
Voiceflex and Alcatel-Lucent have carried out extensive in-house and end user trials as part of the approval process
Voiceflex say they offer a competitive rate card, number porting, UK, US and European number provision a range of xDSL services and a disaster recovery application which automatically switches between SIP and ISDN/PSTN trunks. The company also claims to have more direct SIP trunk connection with telephony manufacturers than any other SIP provider in Europe.
