Voicenet Solutions launches new hosted Contact Centre

Hosted VoIP provider Voicenet Solutions continues to expand its product portfolio with the launch of VNcontact, a hosted inbound Contact Centre solution tailored for the small and medium business market.

Through the CRM facilities this product is designed to help businesses support customers with quick responses to questions, technical issues and handle enquiries through email, chat or telephone.
